Hudson Public Schools

Hudson Public Schools seeks to ensure the protection of the privacy of students attending the Hudson Public Schools in a manner consistent with the Federal Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA) and Massachusetts student record regulations. Strategies are being implemented at both the District and School level to ensure student privacy is protected. We have partnered with The Education Cooperative (TEC) to ensure that there are student data privacy agreements for the software programs we use within the district.  Below is a list of approved programs.  If you have any questions, please contact the Superintendent of Schools or the Director of Technology.  Thank you.

Approved: Contract is signed and resource is in use.
Approved w/ Guardian Release: Guardians signed a contract to allow a resource to be used in a specific classroom with a specific group of students.
Not Approved: This resource is not approved and may not be used by teachers with students.
Declined: Please refer to the posted reason for declination, if applicable
Renewal Pending: District has an active agreement that will expire soon and they are in the process to renew with the vendor.
Did Not Pursue: District determined that the resource does not align with educational goals, therefore, teachers are not allowed to use the resource with students.
