The Indian Valley Local School District is committed to protecting the privacy of our students' data.  Through the use of filters, firewalls, and two-factored authentication we provide the most up-to-date technology to prevent outside penetration of our data systems.  All staff members, faculty and administrators become a vital link as well.

Below, you will find those companies with whom we have Data Privacy Agreements (DPAs).  These agreements go above and beyond any terms of service or privacy agreements listed on websites.  We have documented how, where, and what data is stored and how it will be disposed of once the relationship with the company ends.
