This site contains a list of all technology providers with access to students’ educational records for the purpose of providing curriculum, testing, or assessment services. Contracts signed with these providers have been vetted for compliance with district policy and alignment with state and federal student data privacy laws. The specific data elements and educational records affected are outlined in each individual contract linked within the resource listings.

Approved w/ Guardian Release: Guardians signed a contract to allow a resource to be used in a specific classroom with a specific group of students.
Not Approved: This resource is not approved and may not be used by teachers with students.
Declined: Please refer to the posted reason for declination, if applicable
Renewal Pending: District has an active agreement that will expire soon and they are in the process to renew with the vendor.
Did Not Pursue: District determined that the resource does not align with educational goals, therefore, teachers are not allowed to use the resource with students.
