District Agreements Listing

The National Data Privacy Agreement (NDPA) is structured so that an educational service provider signs the NDPA with one school district (originating LEA). Other eligible school districts (subscribing LEAs, such as Woburn Public Schools) can subscribe to the NDPA and execute their own Privacy Terms listed in the Exhibit E, legally extending the full privacy protections of the NDPA to the subscribing school district (Woburn Public Schools). Both documents are posted here on Woburn's SDPC Registry under "Agreement Type:"

Approved: Contract is signed and resource is in use.
Approved w/ Guardian Release: Guardians signed a contract to allow a resource to be used in a specific classroom with a specific group of students.
Not Approved: This resource is not approved and may not be used by teachers with students.
Declined: Please refer to the posted reason for declination, if applicable
Renewal Pending: District has an active agreement that will expire soon and they are in the process to renew with the vendor.
Did Not Pursue: District determined that the resource does not align with educational goals, therefore, teachers are not allowed to use the resource with students.
