Bayonne School District

The Bayonne Board of Education is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our students. Below, you will find the official privacy policies for all district-approved online applications, digital tools, and educational software platforms. We carefully evaluate every third-party service to ensure compliance with federal and state student privacy standards—including FERPA and COPPA—so you can feel confident about how learning data is collected, used, and safeguarded across our schools.  Staff requesting additional applications for online learning are instructed to reach out to their Curriculum Directors or Building Principal for submission to the Technology Department for review.

Approved: Contract is signed and resource is in use.
Approved w/ Guardian Release: Guardians signed a contract to allow a resource to be used in a specific classroom with a specific group of students.
Not Approved: This resource is not approved and may not be used by teachers with students.
Declined: Please refer to the posted reason for declination, if applicable
Renewal Pending: District has an active agreement that will expire soon and they are in the process to renew with the vendor.
Did Not Pursue: District determined that the resource does not align with educational goals, therefore, teachers are not allowed to use the resource with students.
