In accordance with Illinois 105 ILCS 85/27, effective July 1, 2021, each school district must post on its website, or make it available to its administrative office for inspection, each written agreement entered into under the Student Online Personal Protection Act (SOPPA). Approved w/ Guardian Release: Guardians signed a contract to allow a resource to be used in a specific classroom with a specific group of students.
Not Approved: This resource is not approved and may not be used by teachers with students.
Declined: Please refer to the posted reason for declination, if applicable
Renewal Pending: District has an active agreement that will expire soon and they are in the process to renew with the vendor.
Did Not Pursue: District determined that the resource does not align with educational goals, therefore, teachers are not allowed to use the resource with students.
