Are you (and/or the other collaborators) planning to make a bulk purchase on the order of $10,000? Additionally, you'll notice BingoBaker only collects personal data from people who sign up for an account (i.e. the teacher). It doesn't collect personal information from players of the bingo game (i.e. students). From my scan of this document, it looks quite unnecessary for something as innocuous as BingoBaker. I don't know if you make exceptions for things like BingoBaker -- but you'll probably be better off if you do! Otherwise, you'll only be using products and services from companies that can afford to keep a legal team on the payroll.
