This form includes a liability limit that is integrated into the DPA, a condition we haven't accepted in our dealings with over 1,600 vendors. Additionally, the "Order Form" contains language designed to explicitly and intentionally supersede other terms and conditions in the DPA. Despite our request, Figma refuses to eliminate this overriding language from their "Order Form.
