I take privacy of student and teacher data very seriously, and further all data processed by Flubaroo remains in the Google Drive account of the teacher and is never stored by Flubaroo. That said, since I have no legal representation and maintain Flubaroo on my own (not as part of an LLC or corporation) I cannot take on any risk to myself or family by signing your MSPA in the event that there are legal ramifications from doing so. |
