North East ISD SDPC (Student Data Privacy Consortium)
NEISD classroom teachers and District administrators must carefully review digital resources to ensure they are age-appropriate, educationally beneficial and compliant with student data privacy regulations. We have worked diligently to evaluate a large number of frequently used resources. Only resources marked as APPROVED can be used with our district students.
For NEISD Staff, please review the 2026-2027 NEISD Digital Resources & Websites resource for further information on procurement and digital resource specificity. You must use your NEISD staff credentials.
-Approved: This resource has cleared data privacy requirements. Please refer to your campus to identify if this resource is used in practice.
-Not Approved/Did Not Pursue: Please find an alternative digital resource if your resources are listed as NOT APPROVED or DID NOT PURSUE. These resources marked as such are not to be used with students.
-Not Listed: If the resource is not listed on the site, please put in a help desk ticket using the above sheet.

Status Key
Approved w/ Guardian Release: Guardians signed a contract to allow a resource to be used in a specific classroom with a specific group of students.
Not Approved: Vendor was unable to sign the contract and, therefore, teachers are not allowed to use the resource with students.
Renewal Pending: District has an active agreement that will expire soon and they are in the process to renew with the vendor.
Did Not Pursue: District determined that the resource does not align with educational goals, therefore, teachers are not allowed to use the resource with students.
