Below is a listing of all statewide agreements entered into by the Utah State Board of Education on behalf of all Local Education Agencies in Utah. Entries on this listing do not require a Utah LEA to cover the privacy provisions required in 53E-9-309 as they are already covered in the agreement between USBE and the vendor.

Approved: Contract is signed and resource is in use.
Approved w/ Guardian Release: Guardians signed a contract to allow a resource to be used in a specific classroom with a specific group of students.
Not Approved: This resource is not approved and may not be used by teachers with students.
Declined: Please refer to the posted reason for declination, if applicable
Renewal Pending: District has an active agreement that will expire soon and they are in the process to renew with the vendor.
Did Not Pursue: District determined that the resource does not align with educational goals, therefore, teachers are not allowed to use the resource with students.
