The National Data Privacy Agreement (NDPA) is structured so that an educational service provider signs the NDPA with one school district (originating LEA). Other eligible school districts (subscribing LEAs, such as Wellesley Public Schools) can subscribe to the NDPA and execute their own Privacy Terms listed in the Exhibit E, legally extending the full privacy protections of the NDPA to the subscribing school district (Wellesley Public Schools). Both documents are posted here on Wellesley’s SDPC Registry under "Agreement Type:"
