This page outlines the various online tools used throughout Cary 26. It contains the Data Privacy Agreements that Cary 26 has entered into as well as quick listing of purpose, scope, and data elements associated by each resource. If there is not a magnifying glass under the "Data Elements" column, that resource does not collect data from our students, but may still be a resourced used in the district.

Status Key

Approved: Contract is signed and resource is in use.
Approved w/ Guardian Release: Guardians signed a contract to allow a resource to be used in a specific classroom with a specific group of students.
Not Approved: This resource is not approved and may not be used by teachers with students.
Declined: Please refer to the posted reason for declination, if applicable
Renewal Pending: District has an active agreement that will expire soon and they are in the process to renew with the vendor.
Did Not Pursue: District determined that the resource does not align with educational goals, therefore, teachers are not allowed to use the resource with students.
