This page outlines the various online resources used throughout Rutland CCSD 230. It contains the Data Privacy Agreements that Rutland CCSD 230 has entered into as well as a quick listing of purpose, scope, and data elements associated by each resource.
If there is not a magnifying glass under the "Data Elements" column, that resource does not collect any personally identifiable information from our students, but may still be a resource that is used in the district.
SOPPA and ISBE Mandates
Your student's data may be transferred to some companies due to assessment mandates from the Illinois State Board of Education. ISBE is responsible for obtaining Data Privacy Agreements with these companies and making those DPA's available to families. At this time, this list is unavailable. When it does become available, we will link to it here. Examples of these resources would include IAR testing.
Status Key
Approved w/ Guardian Release: Guardians signed a contract to allow a resource to be used in a specific classroom with a specific group of students.
Not Approved: Vendor was unable to sign the contract and, therefore, teachers are not allowed to use the resource with students.
Renewal Pending: District has an active agreement that will expire soon and they are in the process to renew with the vendor.
Did Not Pursue: District determined that the resource does not align with educational goals, therefore, teachers are not allowed to use the resource with students.
