Purpose: Provider offers productivity tools for teachers that help teachers to: (a) detect when students have included content generated by artificial intelligence(" Al" ) in their assignments, (b) provide draft suggestions for feedback on student assignments, and (c)find and create learning content and curricula tailored to specific classrooms and students. For example, Provider' s Al detector can be used to assess the probability that student work product was generated using Al, and to flag work for further review and investigation. The Al detector analyzes the structure, syntax, and other linguistic features of the text to differentiate between human writing and
Al-generated writing. The detector also uses metadata such as document version history to estimate the amount of time a student spent writing the assignment. Provider's feedback suggestion and learning content development tools can be customized to specific teaching styles and preferences by analyzing teachers' preferred curricula and sample feedback. Please note that the tools are intended to be used in tandem with other resources and to supplement instructor evaluation and analysis. Instructors should use them as part of a holistic approach to teaching and not rely on them exclusively.
