This page highlights the various online resources that are used by Charleston CUSD#1 to provide personalized learning, innovative educational technologies, and increase efficiency in school operations. You will find links to Data Privacy Agreements as well as a quick list to the purpose, scope, and data elements of each of these resources.

 

If there is NOT a magnifying glass under the "Data Elements" column, that resource does not collect any data from our students, but it may still be an online resource utilized by the district.

 

District Employees (teachers, coaches, and staff) that do NOT see a resource listed here that they would like to use with students need to complete this form: New Online Resource Request.

Approved w/ Guardian Release: Guardians signed a contract to allow a resource to be used in a specific classroom with a specific group of students.
Not Approved: This resource is not approved and may not be used by teachers with students.
Declined: Please refer to the posted reason for declination, if applicable
Renewal Pending: District has an active agreement that will expire soon and they are in the process to renew with the vendor.
Did Not Pursue: District determined that the resource does not align with educational goals, therefore, teachers are not allowed to use the resource with students.
