This page outlines the various online resources used throughout Community Consolidated School District 62. It contains Data Privacy Agreements that CCSD62 has entered into as well as a quick listing of the data elements associated by each resource.
If there is not a magnifying glass under the "Data Elements" column, that resource does not collect any data from our students, but may still be a resource that is used in the district.
Parents can request to review and correct any information maintained by the District or any online/application provider by contacting the D62 privacy officer, Adam Denenberg.
Status Key
Approved: Contract is signed and resource is in use.
Approved w/ Guardian Release: Guardians signed a contract to allow a resource to be used in a specific classroom with a specific group of students.
Not Approved: This resource is not approved and may not be used by teachers with students.
Declined: Please refer to the posted reason for declination, if applicable
Renewal Pending: District has an active agreement that will expire soon and they are in the process to renew with the vendor.
Did Not Pursue: District determined that the resource does not align with educational goals, therefore, teachers are not allowed to use the resource with students.
