GDRSD Student Data, Online Instructional Applications

GDRSD may share student data with vendors that provide online instructional applications that students use, which is an institutional function or service. Most software and curriculum-related vendors sign a student data privacy agreement with the school district or other Massachusetts-based public school districts, found at the Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC).

Approved w/ Guardian Release: Guardians signed a contract to allow a resource to be used in a specific classroom with a specific group of students.
Not Approved: This resource is not approved and may not be used by teachers with students.
Declined: Please refer to the posted reason for declination, if applicable
Renewal Pending: District has an active agreement that will expire soon and they are in the process to renew with the vendor.
Did Not Pursue: District determined that the resource does not align with educational goals, therefore, teachers are not allowed to use the resource with students.
