The Educational Technology Contract Registry serves as a centralized repository for all contracts between the school district and technology providers who offer curriculum, testing, or assessment services that require access to student educational records. Renewal Pending: District has an active agreement that will expire soon and they are in the process to renew with the vendor.

With the Following DPA Restrictions: The first sentence of Article V: Data Provision, Section 2: Audits is modified to read: No more than once a year, or following unauthorize access, upon receipt of a written request form the LEA with at least thirty (30) business days' notice and upon the execution of an appropriate confidentiality agreement, the provider will allow the LEA to audit the security and privacy measures that are in place to ensure protection of Student Data or any portion thereof as it pertains to the delivery of services to the LEA.
