Eastwood Local Digital Resources

At Eastwood, student data privacy is a top priority. We use advanced security tools—like filters, firewalls, and two-factor authentication—to keep our systems safe. Eastwood staff also play an important role in protecting student information.

The district takes security and privacy seriously for the digital resources used in the classroom as well. Below is a list of companies we have approved through formal Data Privacy Agreements (DPAs). These agreements go beyond standard website terms and clearly outline what data is collected, how it is stored, and how it is deleted when no longer needed. Each agreement includes two links: one to the original contract (often from another Ohio district) and one to Exhibit E, which officially connects Eastwood to the agreement. This list is updated regularly as new requests are received from staff or if status of a DPA has changed..
