Bexley City Schools Service Catalog

The Bexley City Schools Service Catalog database is a repository of data privacy agreements for software, apps, and online services . This does not indicate all students utilize the product or any identifiable information for all students are provided, but rather any product the District believes may maintain data that meets the criteria for “student data” will be listed below. This is an ever evolving list and is updated in real time.

Agreement status “Approved” indicates an A4L format student data privacy agreement is available and can be viewed under the “agreement type” column. Any product marked “Renewal Pending” is currently in discussions with district personnel to provide an A4L formatted agreement or effort to maintain an equivalent document is in process.

The following large scale multi-product platform agreements currently do not reside inside the Service Catalog format. Agreements or compliance is either under different formats or 
are still under legal review:

– Google
– Microsoft
