When students log into a resource with their APS email account, PII (personally identifiable information) is provided to the vendor. In order to be compliant with student data privacy laws and requirements, the district must have a student data privacy agreement (DPA) with vendor of resources to which students provide PII. This is a list of the status of Student Data Privacy Agreements for APS resources. Not all of the following applications and products have paid licenses. Some of these tools are approved although may require funding. Please check with a Program Coordinator if you have questions about licensing. Students are not allowed to log into resources for which we do not have DPAs.

New products or applications not on the list below, may be requested by Program Coordinators and/or Principals.
