Digital Resources

Arkansas Act 754 of 2023 (Student Data Vendor Security Act) was created with the purpose to increase security and transparency in the sharing and use of student data with and by third party vendors. All contracts with third party vendors are required to include express provisions that safeguard the privacy and security of student personally identifiable information.  Below is a list of digital resources that have been vetted for both educational alignment and student data privacy protections.
