ROE26 utilizes the Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC) to enter into contracts with educational technology vendors who handle our student data. The SDPC is a unique collaborative of schools, districts, regional, territories, and state agencies, policy makers, trade organizations, and marketplace providers addressing real-world adaptable, and implementable solutions for growing data privacy concerns. Below is our list of Data Privacy Agreements (DPA).

Approved: Contract is signed and resource is in use.
Approved w/ Guardian Release: Guardians signed a contract to allow a resource to be used in a specific classroom with a specific group of students.
Not Approved: This resource is not approved and may not be used by teachers with students.
Declined: Please refer to the posted reason for declination, if applicable
Renewal Pending: District has an active agreement that will expire soon and they are in the process to renew with the vendor.
Did Not Pursue: District determined that the resource does not align with educational goals, therefore, teachers are not allowed to use the resource with students.
