Scioto County CTC Data Privacy Agreements

Scioto County Career Technical Center

Pursuant to SB 29 the following vendors have data privacy agreements with the school. Not all vendor's software is used for all students or programs. 

Vendors not appearing in this list have a parental consent form that must be filled out in Final Forms before a student can use the vendor's software. 

Some applications don't export data to a 3rd party so the vendors for those applications don't require a data privacy agreement.

Status Key

Approved: Contract is signed and resource is in use.
Approved w/ Guardian Release: Guardians signed a contract to allow a resource to be used in a specific classroom with a specific group of students.
Not Approved: This resource is not approved and may not be used by teachers with students.
Declined: Please refer to the posted reason for declination, if applicable
Renewal Pending: District has an active agreement that will expire soon and they are in the process to renew with the vendor.
Did Not Pursue: District determined that the resource does not align with educational goals, therefore, teachers are not allowed to use the resource with students.
