The Early Intervention Software Program (EISP), established by the Utah State Legislature and administered by the Utah State Board of Education (USBE), provides Utah’s Local Education Agencies (LEAs) with the opportunity to select adaptive computer-based literacy software programs. The goal of this program is to increase literacy outcomes for kindergarten through grade 3 students. |
