| OR-NDPA-V1 (With Exhibit) | Oregon’s version of the National Data Privacy Agreement. Current DPA version as of December, 2020. |
| OR NDPA V2 Vendor Specific | When the vendor has modifications (redlines) to the agreement, this version is required to be used. It will include Exhibit H. Exhibit E may or may not be included to piggy back from. |
| OR NDPA V2 Standard Agreement | The Standard Agreement allows no modifications (redlines) to this agreement. It does not include Exhibit H. It does include the required Exhibit E for Subscribing districts. |
| OR NDPA V2 District Modified | Oregon's version of the NDPA agreement intended for only one district. There is no Exhibit E to subscribe from. Any edits must be in Exhibit H. This is a highly customized agreement by both parties. |
