Welcome to the Illinois Student Privacy Alliance (ISPA)

The Illinois Student Privacy Alliance (ISPA) is a free consortium that allows school districts to access management tools and resources for data privacy agreements. All Illinois school districts are invited to join ISPA. When used in conjunction with clear policies and procedures, ISPA allows districts to comply with Illinois’ Student Online Personal Protection Act (SOPPA).

District Admins:  Please continue to thoroughly review your agreements and check to ensure there are no errors in any of your DPAs.  This pertains especially to your originating agreements and any you are subscribed to.  Please contact the alliance admins with any issues or errors.
